Our team of passionate property professionals has helped New Zealanders invest in rental properties for over 20 years. Our savvy clients know that now is the best time to buy and you will be joining our busy team to help create new property investors. Based out of our fantastic city premises and working as part of a team of 70+ passionate professionals, you’ll receive fantastic training, enjoy a vibrant culture and get everything you need (including the properties) to help your clients grow their wealth.

WHAT YOU NEED

A minimum 3 years’ experience as a top-performing sales person or account manager as well as the passion required to deliver solutions and packages to property investors.

You’ll be an expert in consultative selling; you’ll have impeccable presentation skills, impressive professionalism and most importantly an enormous degree of tenacity.

You will also require:

• Natural sales ability and the drive to exceed targets
• An exceptionally high standard of communication and professionalism
• Honesty, integrity and a good moral compass
• A 'can do' positive outlook
• The ability to be self-motivated
• Hard-working and determined
• A great team player with a supportive attitude
• The ability to build rapport and trusting relationships with clients

As our clients are all busy professionals, you must be available to work evenings and weekends when required.

THE PACKAGE

Base salary, with uncapped On Target Earnings of well over $150k including phone, car allowance, commissions, bonuses, referral fees, staff purchase benefits, prizes and even amazing reward trips!
