Janice’s Property Journey with Staircase

When Janice first thought about investing in property, she wasn’t sure it was possible for her. Living in Auckland and working in healthcare, she had often thought about her retirement and how to make it more secure.

“I was on my own, in my sixties, and a bit unsure about taking that step,” Janice said. “I’d never thought of myself as someone who would own an investment property. But I wanted to do something that would help my future.”
