A comprehensive report issued yearly by a company to its shareholders, outlining financial performance and key developments. It includes financial statements (which in NZ are often audited), commentary from the directors or CEO, and notes about the company's operations and strategy. Public companies and larger organisations produce annual reports as a transparency obligation.
