Asking Price

The price a seller is seeking for a property, as advertised. In a property listing in NZ, the asking price is the amount the seller would ideally like to get (though the final sale price could be negotiated lower or even higher if theres strong interest). Sometimes properties are listed without an asking price (by negotiation or auction).
