Commonly abbreviated as AGM. A mandatory yearly meeting of a company�s shareholders. In this meeting, company directors present the financial statements, discuss the year�s performance, and shareholders vote on important matters such as electing directors or approving auditors. (In NZ, companies Act 1993 requirements apply for AGMs unless waived by shareholders of a small company.)
