With 15 years' experience in finance, Christian works on helping New Zealanders understand how rental property can form part of a long-term plan.

As Staircase's Business Developer and Training Manager, Christian draws on his industry knowledge and client experience to train and develop the company's team of consultants. His focus is on making sure every Staircase client receives clear information, outstanding service and the confidence to make well-informed decisions.

Outside of work, Christian enjoys life on Waiheke Island, spending time with friends and family, and getting out on the water sailing whenever he can.
