Hud has worked at Staircase for more than 10 years. Over that time he has helped hundreds of clients take their first step into property investment, and others build on what they already had.

Much of his work is answering the questions people are slightly embarrassed to ask. How the lending actually works, what happens if rates move, what the cash flow looks like in a quiet year rather than a good one. None of it is difficult once it is explained properly, and people are far more comfortable once they can see the whole picture rather than one part of it.

Being a property investor himself means Hud relates to the concerns clients raise and can talk through the unknowns from experience.
