Most people arrive with a lot of questions and a fair bit of doubt. Jackie's approach is to work through it with them properly and at their pace, until it makes sense. No pressure and no rush, just clear information and honest conversation about what is involved and what it takes.

She stays in touch long after the first step. Property is a long game, circumstances change, and the questions people have in year three are different from the ones they had at the start. Being someone clients feel they can ring at any point is a large part of how she works.

Outside of work, Jackie is a gym junkie, a fashion lover and a cat mum.
