Good property management comes down to being on top of the small things. Inspections done when they should be, maintenance sorted before it turns into a bigger job, and tenants who know they can raise something and get a response. When that groundwork is in place, most problems never get the chance to become problems.

Jodie also believes in telling owners the full story. If something needs doing, or a cost is coming, owners hear about it early and in plain terms. Property ownership is easier when you know where you stand, and being straight with people is the fastest way to build the trust that makes everything else work.
