With many years of experience in the property industry, Kellee is the central point of contact for Staircase clients, connecting them with the right specialist when one is needed.

A large part of the role is making sure nothing goes quiet. Kellee keeps track of where things sit, follows up on the pieces that involve other people, and makes sure the client is not the one chasing an answer. Where something needs finance, property management or accounting input, she connects them directly rather than leaving them to work out who to ask.

The regular reviews are where it comes together. They cover how a property has been tracking, what has changed in the client's circumstances and whether anything needs attention. It is a straightforward conversation, and usually the point where questions get answered before they have to be raised.
