Michael works with clients on the longer view, looking at how a property fits alongside everything else they have going on rather than at the purchase in isolation.

As a Private Client Manager, he works with people from the first conversation through to settlement and beyond, setting out how the numbers work, what the ongoing costs look like and what a property needs to do to hold its place in a portfolio. His approach is unhurried and detailed, on the basis that the questions asked early are the ones that matter most later.

He is also straightforward about the parts people find harder to hear. Not every situation is ready for another property, and Michael would rather set out the position plainly than build enthusiasm around something that does not fit.
