Nikki is a property professional with a background in business ownership, coaching and mentoring, and property investment. Having owned and operated her own business, she understands the demands that come with building something over time, and she has spent part of her career coaching and mentoring other business owners.

Across almost four years with Staircase over two tenures, Nikki has worked in both Property Management and Property Sales. That combination has given her a view of the full property journey, from the day-to-day realities of running a rental through to the decisions people make well before they buy one. Having been a property investor herself, she brings practical experience of both the opportunities and the demands involved.

As a mother of two, including one child with special needs, Nikki has developed considerable patience and empathy. Those experiences have strengthened how she listens and how she communicates, and they show in the relationships she builds with clients from all walks of life. Her focus is on helping people make informed property decisions, with a level of personal service based on trust, integrity and genuine care.
