Tiana works with property owners on the day-to-day management of their properties, building relationships with both owners and tenants based on trust and communication.

Most of the job is communication. Owners want to know what is happening with their property, and tenants want to know someone will respond when they raise something. When both sides feel heard, the tenancy runs better and the property is looked after properly.

She enjoys the variety the role brings. One morning it is a maintenance issue, the next a viewing or a renewal conversation. Working through that and finding an answer that suits both the owner and the tenant is the part Tiana takes most pride in, and it is usually where the strongest relationships get built.
