Liam Cox

Liam brings almost a decade of experience helping New Zealanders use property as part of a long-term plan. As National Sales Manager, he leads the team with a focus on simplifying property investment, helping clients understand what matters most and make well-informed decisions.

His approach is practical rather than promotional. Liam takes the time to understand where a client sits today, what their borrowing position allows and what they want the next stage of their life to look like, then works through the options in plain terms. He believes people make better decisions when they understand the reasoning behind them, and he holds his team to the same standard.

Outside of work, Liam loves the outdoors and makes the most of everything New Zealand has to offer. Whether it is hiking in the mountains, playing golf or surfing at Waipu, he is happiest when he is outside. He also enjoys working on his lifestyle block and spending time with his Canadian wife and their young son.
