Remy is a licensed financial adviser with a BCom in Finance and International Business, specialising in residential property lending.

Residential lending has become more involved over the years. Servicing tests, deposit requirements and lender criteria all differ, and what one bank declines another may approve on the same set of numbers. Remy's role is to understand a client's position properly, match it to the lender most likely to work with it, and manage the application through to approval.

He takes the time to explain the reasoning along the way. Clients make better decisions when they understand why a structure is being recommended, what it costs and what it means if their circumstances change. His background in finance and international business gives him a broad view of how the pieces fit together, which he uses to keep the process clear rather than complicated.
