Kieran Trass is one of New Zealand's leading property market and property cycle analysts, with decades of experience studying the forces that shape residential property markets.
His expertise is grounded in extensive research into property cycles, market behaviour and long-term trends across New Zealand and international markets. Kieran has written five books on property cycles, three of them published by Penguin, and his work has extended beyond New Zealand to the Canadian market, where he co-authored a guide to its real estate cycle. Much of his career has been spent helping investors better understand where the market sits, what is driving it and how today's conditions fit into the bigger picture.
